Q: Do you need to use our water?
A: Yes we require the use of your water, the use of your water is reflected in our prices. Ideally we require an outdoor water tap. If you haven`t got an outdoor water tap, we may be able to use an indoor tap.

Q: Do you use any chemicals?
A: During the cleaning process we use only water. If you require any special treatments or sealing then we will need to.

Q: Are you fully insured?
A: Yes we have public liability insurance up to xxx million pounds.

Q: Why should I use your service instead of doing it myself?
A: The answer is that you could do it yourself but with our specialist equipment, we will do it quicker and we will produce a better result that you could with a domestic machine.

Q: Will you leave the work area clean / tidy?
A: We promise to leave your property clean and tidy as we found it, we will also remove any bags of debris/rubbish if you do not have a way to dispose of them yourself.

Q: How long will it take to finish the job?
A: This is hard to say as every job is different. A small patio would take 2-3 hours for example, we aim to complete all jobs on the same day whenever possible to minimise the disruption to you.
